    Place the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and promotional materials to ensure a full refund eligibility.

    Ship to Store

    Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our returns department at our St. Catharines location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.

    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
